Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of professional software development experience
- Proficient in at least one programming language with 5+ years of usage
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability
- Proven experience as a mentor, technical lead, or in a leadership role within an engineering team
- Experience overseeing the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations (5+ years) preferred
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of our agentic AI solution aimed at migrating VMware environments to AWS
- Review and provide feedback on the designs of other team members
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs
- Innovate quickly to deliver high-quality and impactful features
- Assist in coaching team members to enhance overall code quality
- Tackle complex operational challenges and contribute to the evolution of web applications
