Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) for new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
As an SDE, I will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AWS Telco Network Builder systems. I will collaborate closely with a team of engineers to influence our overall strategy and define the teamβs roadmap. Additionally, I will help drive the system architecture, spearhead best practices that enable a quality product, and coach and develop junior engineers. In my role as an SDE II, I will engineer core components of AWS Telco Network Builder, contributing to the design and delivering a reliable, scalable service. I will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and ensure their success.
