Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
- I possess 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- I have at least 5 years of technical program management experience working with software engineering teams.
- I have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- I currently hold an active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- I will own delivering a portfolio of AWS services across various US Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) regions.
- I will drive programs that meet the needs of diverse defense and national security customers, breaking down challenges into actionable strategies.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders across different organizations and seniority levels to define roadmaps, mitigate risks, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful outcomes for our programs.
- I will dive deep into our customers' needs, using Amazon's working backwards approach to enhance service delivery and overcome obstacles.
- I will engage in customer deep dives, roadmap sessions with my engineering teams, and strategy drafting to meet evolving needs.
