Requirements

Must:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

In this role, I will oversee multiple programs and projects for AWS EC2 in the Networking space. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM), I will ensure that large-scale projects run efficiently and effectively. I will identify stakeholders, set roadmaps and strategies for the program, drive delivery, report status, and uphold product quality. I will manage complex inter-team dependencies and facilitate communication between various domain experts, including finance, engineers, engineering managers, and customer support teams, to drive high-profile projects and establish service levels and contracts between service teams. My technical expertise and operational excellence will influence team decisions and help develop secure and robust solutions that enhance customer experience.
