Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
- 5+ years of programming proficiency in at least one programming language
- 5+ years of experience in leading design or architecture of systems, including design patterns and scalability
- Experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps that span multiple teams
- Mentor and train less experienced engineers while driving process improvement initiatives
- Design and deliver complex, cross-functional solutions addressing multiple challenges
- Promote operational excellence by identifying automation opportunities and resolving root causes of issues
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and teams to translate business needs into technical designs
- Leverage software engineering expertise and agile methodologies to independently tackle complex assignments
