Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
- 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language
- 5+ years of experience in leading design or architecture of systems, including design patterns and scaling
- Proven experience as a mentor or tech lead, or in leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a talented team to design and develop AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients
- Accelerate the migration process for customers transitioning from on-premises to AWS cloud
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and business objectives
- Innovate and deliver high-quality functionality that enhances customer experience
- Tackle complex operational challenges to improve service performance
- Coach team members to elevate the overall quality of the codebase
- Contribute to the evolution of AWS technology and services
