Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 1 year of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows).
- I possess experience with scripting languages.

- In lieu of the above experience, I have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- I currently hold an active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- I will autonomously support operational workflows in ADC regions, ensuring compliance with established SLAs while upholding security protocols.
- I apply my technical expertise to resolve complex operational challenges while working independently, knowing when to seek assistance or escalate issues.
- I understand the architectural distinctions of ADC and their operational ramifications, serving as a key contact for services and workflows.
- I create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and processes while reviewing contributions from my colleagues.
- I identify operational deficiencies in ADC implementations and analyze systemic patterns to propose suitable mitigations.
- I utilize my robust diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to address ADC-specific issues, leveraging my expertise in AWS services and ADC requirements.
- I strictly adhere to ADC security policies and help educate others on their significance.
- I effectively communicate with customers and partner teams, fostering constructive discussions and striving for solutions that meet ADC needs.
- I actively contribute to workflow enhancements and automation initiatives, helping to identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- I engage in mentoring junior engineers and enrich the team's knowledge base, while influencing technical conversations around workflow optimization and prioritization.
- I participate in an on-call rotation to provide essential support from secure facilities while maintaining high operational excellence standards.
