Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in technical roles such as software development, network development, IT, or related fields
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of product strategy, incorporating customer feedback and competitive analysis
- Develop a clear product vision, planning for future enhancements and innovations
- Execute product planning and development by aligning customer and business requirements with product goals
- Oversee product launches by crafting go-to-market plans to achieve both customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Manage operations by responding to customer feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the technical team to facilitate trade-off decisions based on customer needs and ensure quality assurance of products
- Perform business reporting by tracking revenue and adoption metrics daily and preparing regular reports for leadership
