Must:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). - At least 5 years of programming experience in one or more software languages. - A track record of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability for 5+ years. - Previous experience as a mentor, technical lead, or in a leadership role within an engineering team is required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in cultivating both product and operational excellence in a vital area of our infrastructure. You will collaborate with technical leaders to refine our technical direction, conducting detailed analyses, creating designs, and producing high-quality code. You will take ownership of the entire software lifecycle—requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, monitoring, support, and reporting. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will engage in design reviews, incremental feature launches, operations, mentoring, and driving continuous improvements.
