Our compensation structure reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $166,400 per year in the lowest geographic market to $287,700 per year in the highest. Pay rates consider multiple factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is committed to total compensation.
