Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration (Linux/Windows).
- Proficiency in working with scripting languages.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Alternatively, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline can qualify in place of relevant experience.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- I am looking for an ADC Engineer who can support U.S. Intelligence Community and Defense agencies in deploying innovative cloud computing solutions while resolving unique technical challenges.
- On an average day, you will be expected to thoroughly investigate customer issues, analyze metrics that may show irregular trends, and propose innovative solutions to automate operational processes.
- You will have the autonomy to manage defined projects, breaking down tasks to establish clear milestones and feedback mechanisms. If you notice any implementation issues or defects, you’ll investigate systemic patterns and address operational concerns promptly.
- As a member of our dedicated ADC database solutions team, you will provide troubleshooting and operational support across all RDS products in the ADC regions. You’ll dive deep into technical problems to enhance the customer experience while ensuring timely resolutions.
