Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration
- At least 2 years of experience in creating scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments
- Proficiency in any of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell or equivalents
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and support large-scale Windows and Linux environments, incorporating virtualization platforms and networking elements
- Design and implement automation solutions utilizing PowerShell, Python, or Bash, aimed at scalable deployment procedures and infrastructure management
- Collaborate with AWS or similar cloud platforms to maintain hybrid infrastructure environments
- Engineer and deliver secure, scalable solutions while accounting for system interdependencies and constraints
- Evaluate complex technical challenges and formulate effective solutions through thorough root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, create training resources, and facilitate team knowledge exchange
- Collaborate efficiently with global teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to interdisciplinary projects
- Identify security vulnerabilities, formulate mitigation strategies, and engage in compliance activities
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation and may require up to 20% travel
