Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in managing engineering teams
- 7+ years of direct experience in engineering teams
- 8+ years of experience leading the design and development of multi-tier web services
- 3+ years of experience in architecting new and existing systems with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scalability
- Familiarity with software/hardware/network development life cycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
- Experience collaborating with product or program management teams
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers to ensure timely project delivery with exceptional quality and innovation
- Maintain a close connection to technological details and customer needs to make informed trade-offs
- Establish best practices for software development, testing, and documentation while driving continuous process enhancements
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to develop and launch technical solutions that enhance user experience across various products
- Promote agentic experiences for resource management across edge services, including CloudFront, WAF, and other AWS services that collectively comprise the Edge application
