Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- At least 1 year of experience in computer networking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with common network troubleshooting tools such as VFLs, OTDR, and power meters
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks and priorities through a ticketing system to fulfill customer requests and projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to eliminate project impediments
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and cabling
- Specify power and cooling needs, ensuring hardware racking and stacking is completed for new equipment
- Engage in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
