- Oversee daily operations of the Data Center, ensuring smooth performance - Prioritize and delegate trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators - Manage a diverse team of data center operation professionals across multiple locations - Facilitate career development for team members and maintain internal tools - Recruit and onboard data technicians to meet staffing needs - Optimize day-to-day operations, including queue management and hardware logistics - Serve as a subject matter expert in all facets of data center operations - Monitor and achieve operational KPIs and metrics - Drive process improvements, technological advancements, and automation - Manage large-scale incidents, taking charge during outages - Enhance workflows and throughput in data center operations - Develop, document, and enforce policies and procedures adhering to industry standards and required SLAs - Coordinate an on-call schedule, managing absences and vacations - Commit to high-quality service provision and actively seek to enhance the customer experience
