Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in developing, exploring, and executing new design concepts through to deployment or mass production
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with power management and monitoring systems
- Over 5 years of project management experience specifically in data centers or similar critical infrastructure settings
- In-depth knowledge of essential data center equipment
- Understanding of engineering documentation, electrical schematics, and standard operating practices
- Awareness of building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA
- Extensive experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, emphasizing electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings across all domains
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management and collaboration among various disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural
- Analyze and identify improvements for critical infrastructure within data center environments
- Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams for project execution and problem-solving
- Ensure project goals align with company strategies and objectives
- Manage implementation, coordination, and execution of crucial projects from inception to completion
- Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency throughout all project phases
- Report on project progress and present findings to stakeholders and management
