Data Center Operations Night Manager

- Oversee operations within a data center and ensure effective management of daily activities - Delegate and prioritize trouble tickets among data center technicians and operators - Lead a diverse team of data center operations professionals across various locations - Develop career progression paths and update internal tools for team growth - Recruit and train data technicians to maintain adequate staffing levels - Ensure efficient management of day-to-day operations, including shift arrangements and hardware logistics - Quickly acquire knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all aspects of data center operations - Measure and ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being achieved - Inspire and implement enhancements in team processes, technology innovations, and automation - Manage large-scale events, including outages, and take the lead on critical incidents - Improve workflows and throughput for data center operations - Establish, document, and enforce policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and SLAs - Maintain an on-call schedule while coordinating absences and vacations - Foster a strong passion for service quality and customer experience, consistently striving for improvement
