My role involves managing and enhancing the availability of Colocation infrastructure, striving for excellence in incident response and technical risk management across global operations. I will collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure system reliability and strategically implement improvements. Our team, the Colocation Design Standards (CoDeS), leads global standardization and risk mitigation for AWS Colocation sites' technical solutions. We focus on developing and maintaining engineering standards that align with AWS performance objectives, ensuring readiness for AWS product colocations and supporting innovative design implementations. Compensation for this position ranges from $128,600 to $212,800 per year, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, with a comprehensive total compensation package that includes equity, sign-on bonuses, and various benefits.
