Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management related to infrastructure
- Proven strategic program management experience
- Background in data center infrastructure deployments is advantageous
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical experience is required
- Experience in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, or software/hardware engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and lifecycle phases
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau, Smartsheets, SQL, and systems integration is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage remote project delivery teams and facilitate technical discussions
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of regional data center build projects
- Oversee projects from inception through design, execution, testing, and deployment
- Manage capital budgets and remove non-value-adding activities
- Design solutions to address technical barriers and expedite project delivery
- Establish trust and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Utilize various project management tools throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and track scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management metrics
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical whiteboard sessions
- Travel as required (up to 10% domestic and international)
