Data center controls technician

- Support multiple Data Centers by deploying, servicing, and upgrading BMS and EPMS systems - Mentor and train Facilities team members on BMS and EPMS operation and control - Audit and manage computer enterprise asset management systems for installations - Handle small to medium-sized projects and programs - Conduct point to point checkouts between field devices and controllers - Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of programming code and hardware for BMS and EPMS - Manage server provisioning, controller setups, and network configurations - Install, replace, configure, and calibrate sensors - Interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings - Oversee low voltage electrical contractors to ensure compliance with AWS requirements - Assist in commissioning and systems level testing - Create red-lined documentation of systems - Follow change management processes for work requests - Participate in factory tests at vendor sites - Conduct root cause analyses during testing and commissioning - Ensure adherence to safety protocols - Handle on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies - Manage service agreements, including vendor scheduling and quality assurance - Engage in physical requirements including walking on uneven terrain, working at heights, and lifting heavy objects as needed
