Data Center Operations Manager, DCC

- Oversee daily operations of a Data Center, ensuring smooth functioning - Assign and prioritize trouble tickets for data center staff and technicians - Manage the performance of a diverse group of professionals across various locations - Develop career paths and update internal tools for team members - Recruit and train data technicians to maintain adequate staffing - Effectively manage day-to-day data center operations, including queue management and shift arrangements - Quickly learn and become the subject matter expert in all areas of data center operations - Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are tracked and achieved - Drive improvements in team processes, technological advancements, and automation - Lead large-scale events, such as outages, and serve as the call leader - Enhance workflows and productivity within data center operations - Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and meet required SLAs - Coordinate the on-call schedule, managing absences and vacations - Maintain a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction, continually seeking improvement opportunities
