Requirements
Must:
- 0-2 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
- PMI Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
- Ability to swiftly react to project changes and adapt accordingly
- Flexibility in response to varying conditions
- Skill in interpreting communication styles of diverse team members and stakeholders

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in researching project-related matters
- Capability to prioritize and manage tasks in high-pressure situations
- Must have reliable, insured transportation for work-related travel
Responsibilities
- Oversee the initiation, coordination, and completion of multiple parallel projects across various business areas and departments
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations and lead initiatives to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Document the current and target state processes to ensure shared understanding among all parties
- Create and present comprehensive project plans and related communication materials
- Monitor project progress and resources, ensuring timely allocation of necessary participants
- Assign responsibilities and track progress of all team members
- Identify and address issues within the project team, escalating as necessary to find resolutions
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including executives, management, and team members
- Manage project dependencies and critical paths proactively
- Oversee changes in project scope and implement change control measures, addressing potential crises with contingency plans
- Produce, facilitate, and deliver robust project documentation including reports, proposals, and presentations
- Establish and communicate project success criteria during its lifecycle using delivery metrics for continuous improvement
- Conduct post-project evaluations to foster ongoing improvement efforts
- Develop project execution best practices and standardize tracking methods across all projects while contributing to the IT Project Management Office
- Collaborate effectively using project management methodologies and IT for achieving project objectives
- Educate project team members on project management principles
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, adhering to the companys code of conduct and policies
- Report any suspected compliance violations or other issues in line with company procedures
- Seek clarification on policies as needed, utilizing available resources from Compliance, Human Resources, or Legal departments
