Requirements
Must:
- 0-2 years project management experience within an enterprise environment
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- PMI Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in adapting to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to promptly and efficiently react to project changes and adjustments
- Flexibility during periods of transition
- Skilled in understanding the diverse communication styles of team members and contractors
- Ability to gather cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders, including upper management and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven capacity to ease tension within the project team if necessary
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- Proficient in researching project-related issues and products
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure setting
- Must have access to insured transportation for work and off-site locations as required
Responsibilities
- Initiate, coordinate, and successfully complete multiple parallel projects across various business areas and departments
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in projects
- Lead stakeholder management efforts, set customer expectations, and ensure sustained customer satisfaction
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Document current-state and target-state processes to ensure clarity and understanding among all parties involved
- Develop and present detailed project plans and relevant communication documents; monitor and track project progress
- Estimate and allocate necessary resources and participants for project completion
- Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize updates for all involved
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, escalating them as necessary for resolution
- Communicate effectively in written and oral forms across all levels, including executives and team members
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and implement change control measures
- Develop, facilitate, and deliver comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and proposals
- Define project success criteria and communicate these throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-mortems and drive initiatives for continuous improvement
- Establish best practices and tools for project execution and lead efforts to standardize methodologies across projects
- Collaborate with project management techniques and IT for technological actions to achieve project objectives
- Educate project team members on project management practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Comply with companys code of conduct, ethics statements, employee policies, and procedures, and participate in mandatory training programs
- Report any actual or suspected violations of corporate compliance programs or other prohibited activities as per company policies
- Seek clarification on policies when needed and utilize available resources, including Compliance, Human Resources, or Legal Department.
