Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Health Administration, or a Masters degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, clearly articulating thoughts and ideas.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Professional interaction skills with providers, payers, physicians, and personnel across all departments.
- Analytical capabilities to interpret departmental, utilization, financial, and operational data.
- Decision-making expertise with the ability to evaluate options for maximum organizational benefit.
- Creative thinking to address broader process and team enhancements.
- Effective time management to prioritize and optimize daily activities.
- Problem-solving skills focusing on identifying root causes and practical solutions.
- Interpersonal adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access and Excel.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements and processes.
- Pinpoint key areas for process enhancement through data analysis and strategic evaluation.
- Assist in developing and documenting policies.
- Conduct research for cost efficiency and optimization planning.
- Formulate recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative assessments.
- Execute primary research along with statistical analyses.
- Perform secondary research to support project deliverables.
- Ensure the precision of data and analyses provided.
- Carry out data analysis, financial modeling, prepare presentations, and manage projects.
- Create dashboards and comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with external business partners to implement and integrate systems.
