Senior Change Manager - IT Infrastructure

- Design and execute change initiatives across programs affecting numerous resources in physical infrastructure and enterprise systems. - Collaborate with Infrastructure & Operations, IT Security, and other teams to strategize and manage changes to infrastructure, including systems upgrades, software rollouts, network modifications, and hardware replacements. - Create resort-specific change plans, assessing impacts and setting timelines based on resort needs and existing conditions. - Drive program benefits by developing and implementing adoption strategies and change plans. - Assist in solution design with resort-specific impact assessments of process modifications, both qualitatively and quantitatively. - Represent end users requirements effectively and facilitate clear communication between end users and IT teams. - Analyze change impacts across various infrastructure domains (servers, storage, networking, databases, identity) and develop communication plans to mitigate operational risks. - Enhance and maintain change management processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards. - Work with resort-level IT teams to promote local adoption of enterprise infrastructure changes, ensuring access to necessary resources and training for effective implementation. - Perform additional duties as required.
