Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a computer-related technology field or equivalent experience in the industry
- Minimum one year of experience in the healthcare sector, with a preference for home care expertise
- Valid CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, Microsoft or similar industry certifications
- Proficient in performing routine maintenance on laptop and desktop hardware
- Skilled in installing and managing a Microsoft workstation environment
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory User and Computer administration
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online Mailbox/User management
- Capable of provisioning and managing end-user telephony devices
- Familiarity with installing and configuring workstation and server applications
- Experienced in administering mobile devices using Mobile Device Management systems
- Physically capable of fulfilling all job-related demands
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging and setting expectations with customers promptly through inbound calls and Service Desk queue participation
- Deliver technical support via phone and email ticketing, maintaining timely communication with customers
- Manage Active Directory accounts, including provisioning, maintenance, and retirement tasks
- Oversee the maintenance and retirement of Exchange mailboxes and resources
- Configure and ship mobile devices to customers, including brands like Samsung and Apple
- Offer end-user support for mobile devices such as Samsung, Android, and SOTI
- Install and configure workstation operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows
- Set up and configure workstation applications, including Microsoft products, Adobe, and VPN Client
- Foster effective working relationships with fellow employees, vendors, and customers through collaboration
- Work both independently and as part of a team, following directions and achieving results
