- Offer PC hardware and software support, primarily centered around the Microsoft Windows platform - Install, configure, and provide support for both internal and external networks - Develop, maintain, and oversee all systems, applications, security, and network configurations, ensuring regular maintenance to resolve issues proactively - Install and connect network devices, including servers, to sustain local area network and server systems - Trouble-shoot performance issues within network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi - Recommend and implement new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate patches, and address software-related concerns - Execute and monitor system backups and data files, ensuring data integrity by managing system configurations - Manage account master data in Active Directory - Handle incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring proper execution and escalation to relevant teams when necessary - Deliver technical support to end-users through phone, email, and remote tools, as well as onsite visits, ensuring timely resolution - Provide support for ALPLAs proprietary systems - Maintain an accurate list of IT assets - Build and nurture relationships with IT vendors and partners - Offer guidance and training to end-users, fostering a supportive environment - Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and organizational units for effective support and successful project execution
