Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Public Trust clearance is required for federal agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with facilitation and mediation skills.
- Client-facing experience is essential.
- Over 7 years of expertise in a Microsoft legacy environment, including ASP (Classic/Native), VB.NET, DLLs, and COM+.
- Proficiency with Azure cloud services and IIS Server on virtual machines.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure Entra.
- Knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience with SQL Server and proficiency in Stored Procedures and SSIS Packages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for resolving complex business challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of mission-critical large-scale applications.
- Provide Tier 3 support for applications accessible to the public.
- Create and design rapid prototypes.
- Document processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot existing systems.
- Offer development support for on-premises applications.
- Collaborate within an agile Operations and Maintenance team.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug existing code.
- Act as a subject matter expert on applications and provide technical assistance.
