Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in developing applications based on Oracle technology.
- Proven experience with Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX).
- Familiarity with production support and software operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as SVN and Git.
- Proficiency in Oracle 19+ databases, PL/SQL packages, functions, and stored procedures.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, XML, HTML5, and CSS.
- Understanding of SOAP-based web services.
- Comprehension of SQL and PL/SQL package/procedure programming, along with database object modeling and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze and enhance existing code for improved performance, functionality, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including operations and maintenance support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective time management abilities.
- Enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and capability to work independently.
- Successful candidates must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain APEX-based software applications to fulfill business requirements.
- Design and implement effective solutions using the APEX tool suite.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and modernize existing applications.
- Communicate clearly with project leadership and team members, including clients and technical experts.
- Foster the application of best practices and organizational standards throughout the development process.
- Support the evolution and refactoring of existing code to boost performance and maintainability.
- Participate in all SDLC phases, providing operational support when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with clients, third-party personnel, project managers, and subject matter experts.
- Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
