Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in systems administration or network engineering
- Extensive background with Cisco/Meraki cloud and on-premises device management
- Proficiency in Windows server administration, including WSUS and Active Directory
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking principles and protocols, such as routing, switching, and security
- Familiarity with group policies
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices
- Experience in server performance monitoring and optimization
- Practical experience with Multi-Factor Authentication methods, including OKTA, Google Authenticator, and Microsoft Authenticator
- Solid PowerShell scripting abilities
- Experience in building, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting Crowd Strike
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Cisco Meraki cloud and on-premises devices, such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and security appliances
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki Cloud solutions
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Windows and Meraki infrastructure
- Monitor and enhance the performance of servers, devices, and network throughput
- Administer and manage Windows servers, including WSUS and Active Directory
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within the industry
- Offer support and advisory assistance to IT staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging Windows and Meraki technologies and best practices
