Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in systems administration, analytics, or ERP-focused roles
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or data integration frameworks
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Familiarity with multiple systems, including ERP, eCommerce, and productivity tools
- Proven capability in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar
- Demonstrated experience in delivering AI or automation projects in a business setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Capacity to manage various priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in an international context
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Oversee system configuration, master data integrity, and user access controls
- Diagnose system issues and ensure prompt resolution across departments
- Maintain system performance, reliability, and uptime levels
- Facilitate integrations between SAP B1, Magento B2B, Microsoft Access Database, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Ensure seamless and accurate data flow across systems (products, orders, inventory, pricing)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements driven by systems
- Lead system enhancement and integration projects from concept to execution
- Create, build, and maintain dashboards for key business functions (inventory, sales, fulfillment, customer service)
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools to provide actionable insights
- Transform operational data into clear, executive-level reporting
- Guarantee high data accuracy, usability, and adoption across teams
- Continuously improve dashboards based on feedback and evolving needs
- Identify and execute AI-driven and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Spearhead AI initiatives such as reporting automation, data validation, forecasting improvements, or workflow enhancements
- Utilize tools such as GPT-based platforms, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and implement significant AI projects
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for LS2
- Regularly communicate with external IT business partners
- Ensure uniformity of product data, system requirements, and reporting accuracy
- Communicate effectively across time zones regarding system updates, data discrepancies, and improvement processes
- Assist in cross-border coordination of system-related tasks and integrations
- Provide daily support for system users across various departments
- Educate employees on SAP B1, dashboards, and system workflows
- Develop and uphold SOPs and system documentation
- Collect user feedback and continuously enhance system usability and effectiveness
