Requirements

Must:
- Workday Integration Certification - Preferred additional Certifications: CCTPP Consulting Core, Workday Studio Consulting Core, Workday Integration System Fundamentals - Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in HCM, HRIS, or integrations - At least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience - Proven experience with at least two full Workday implementations - Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders - Experience in translating business needs into system requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within fully remote and/or hybrid teams

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, implement, and document Workday integration systems utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) - Create comprehensive integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to facilitate the entire integration deployment lifecycle - Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes, workflows, and data requirements for Workday integrations across various modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time, and Compensation - Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and enhance Workday adoption and user experience - Investigate issues, identify opportunities, and solicit feedback on proposed solutions - Convert business requirements into detailed system requirements - Analyze integration failures, conduct root cause evaluations, and communicate findings to management and business leaders

We are seeking a Workday Integration Lead for an upcoming project, where you will play a pivotal role in steering the development and upkeep of our HR technology and integration architecture to deliver innovative solutions. This position involves close collaboration with our Human Resources and Information Technology teams. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining system integrations and configuring security roles and business processes, while also working with subject matter experts to ensure that our solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our overall IT infrastructure. We value contributing towards a dynamic work environment, and encourage addressing challenges creatively.
