Requirements
Must:
- Required Workday Certification - HCM Certification (Consulting)
- Bachelors degree in business, organizational development, human resources, information systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HCM or HRIS
- 2 years of experience with Workday
- At least two full implementations of Workday, demonstrating practical Workday knowledge
- General understanding of human resources, benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in translating business requirements into system specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work independently while effectively contributing to both remote and hybrid teams
Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous design, configuration, security, and reporting for Workday HCM and its related modules, including Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Time off and Leave, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Benefits
- Collaborate and forge strong relationships with stakeholders to promote Workday adoption and optimize user experience
- Investigate issues, recognize opportunities, and gather feedback on proposed solutions
- Convert business requirements into corresponding system specifications
- Develop and generate Workday reports
- Offer end-user support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Collaborate with application owners to design and deliver system training
Description
We are seeking a Workday HCM Implementation Lead to take charge of the implementation and ongoing support of our clients Workday environment. This role will interact closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll teams, serving as the liaison between various functional departments and clients/stakeholders.
