Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing and developing scalable distributed systems
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and platforms
- At least 15 years of software development experience
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficiency in 2 or more languages such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, and C++
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Trino, Redshift, Mongo)
- Background in developing SaaS products on public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Deep understanding of software development best practices and demonstrated leadership abilities
- A relevant technical degree is required
Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives and contribute throughout the entire process from empathy studies to design, development, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop high-quality, production-ready code that serves millions of users on our cloud platform
- Design, implement, and optimize robust APIs and API framework features for high performance in a multi-tenant environment
- Engage in a Hybrid Engineering approach and participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing
- Create efficient components and algorithms within a Microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud ecosystem
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical support to the team based on experience level
