Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or support roles. Client-facing experience will be considered an advantage. You should possess strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Familiarity with different data formats and structures such as XML, flat files, and JSON is necessary. Additionally, a solid understanding of the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in medium-sized enterprises is required. Proficiency in SQL query writing is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to address customer production support tickets by debugging, analyzing platform log files, verifying data mappings, and implementing and testing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing, testing, and deploying client change requests. Engaging with back-end databases and raw data files for root cause analysis and resolution will be part of your duties. Collaboration with other team members on issue escalation, which includes liaising with implementation and development teams, will be essential. Furthermore, you will communicate with customers via phone and email regarding ticket status and achieving proper resolution.

Our company, Alluvia, is an innovative ERP integration platform designed to assist medium-sized businesses in merging eCommerce, CRM, EDI, 3PL, and shipping applications with their ERP systems. We are currently looking for an EDI & ERP Integration Support Specialist to join our team at our Montebello, NY office. Please note that this is not a standard IT help desk position; strong technical skills are crucial. The position is full-time, with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) plans with matching, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Preferred experience includes working with SAP Business One, SAP BusinessByDesign, or similar ERP platforms, as well as eCommerce applications like Shopify, Magento, and ShipStation, along with expertise in EDI transaction sets and trading partner setup.
