Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of client-facing technical project management experience in a software environment, ideally within ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce sectors.
- At least 4 years of experience in EDI mapping.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their workflows.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with effective outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven capability to interpret and comprehend various EDI data formats and structures like X12, EDIFACT, XML, and flat files.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of designated implementation projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Organize project timelines, activities, and implementation efforts in collaboration with the internal implementation team, clients, and their trading partners.
- Customize data and mapping according to client specifications.
- Initiate, configure, and follow up on EDI trading partner testing requirements.
- Establish and manage communication profiles with trading partners such as VAN, AS2, and sFTP.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and other implementation consultants.
- Manage testing and validation processes in collaboration with clients.
- Address technical challenges during active implementations.
