Software Engineer Lead Consultant

- Over 5 years of experience in professional software engineering (preferred) - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React with modern front-end development practices - Advanced SQL skills with MSSQL, ORACLE, or similar (including queries, stored procedures, and schema design) - Demonstrated experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs - Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles (SOLID) - Knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10, input validation, authentication/authorization patterns) and ability to critically assess AI-generated code for security and accuracy - Proven experience with paired programming and test-driven development (TDD) - Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git - Experience in unit and integration testing (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) - Experience with Docker or similar containerized environments - Understanding of cloud services (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS) - Front-end foundations: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript - Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code assistants) to enhance development efficiency - Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka) - Capability to independently design and implement features end-to-end with agility.
