Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Python for AI and machine learning development
- Experience with Java, including building backend services and enterprise integrations
- Capability to work across Python and Java codebases, integrating AI/ML components
- Proven background in constructing and maintaining production-grade AI/ML systems
- Strong grasp of data pipelines and distributed data processing
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning them
- Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for context-aware AI applications
- Knowledge in vector search and embeddings for semantic search and matching
- Experience in multimodal AI, handling text, audio, images, and video
- Proficiency in creating workflows for autonomous AI agents
- Skilled in prompt engineering for optimizing LLM performance
- Experience with semantic models and data modeling
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel
- Experience with tools like Hugging Face and cloud services such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI
- Background in large-scale data architecture, including data lakes and lakehouse frameworks
- Competency in analytics platforms like Microsoft Fabric or similar
- Knowledge of streaming technologies, specifically Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and databases like MongoDB Atlas or Amazon DocumentDB
- Experience with machine learning platforms such as Amazon SageMaker and MLOps workflows
- Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting AI and data pipelines with tools like Datadog and AWS CloudWatch
Responsibilities
- Assist in transforming vast amounts of documents, voice recordings, images, and videos into actionable insights
- Design and implement AI-driven systems that leverage large-scale data engineering and machine learning
- Develop generative AI applications to enhance enterprise capabilities
- Work collaboratively to integrate AI/ML components into existing systems
- Engage in building production-grade AI solutions that can operate effectively at scale
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows for autonomous AI systems
- Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of AI and data pipelines to ensure reliability
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into our solutions
