Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Java programming and experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies, including React and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
- Experience with microservices architecture and backend service development.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to optimize queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with event-driven integration mechanisms like Kafka.
- Experience configuring SaaS platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to support non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and custom extensions for TeamConnect and related platforms.
- Build and enhance integrations between TeamConnect and external systems using RESTful APIs and event-driven methods.
- Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and Spring framework.
- Create and refine frontend components, ensuring they meet UI/UX best practices.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support data functions and reporting.
- Support event-driven integrations utilizing Kafka for message processing and implementation.
