Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack Java/AI)

- Assess integrated requirements to review proposed software solutions - Assist in collecting training materials and user documentation needs - Manage issues and obstacles related to assigned features and product stories - Support planning, execution, and evaluation of module and integration testing for various projects - Organize and lead feature review sessions for moderately complex business requirements, documenting decisions made - Contribute to product planning by developing stories for features within your scope - Configure vendor software, ensuring operation of new features, and utilize vendor defect resolution processes to address issues - Create functional design to solve low to moderate complexity business processes or requirements for product features - Collaborate with business units and technical teams to address technology issues, often serving as a subject matter expert - Implement Generative and agentic AI capabilities to optimize development workflows - Develop and support features for the ServiceNow portal (excluding administrative tasks) to facilitate incident and infrastructure management
