Senior AI Cloud Engineer

- Act as a key resource enabling the Digital product team to utilize the GenAI analytics Platform - Deliver product and solution presentations, create demos, and execute proof-of-concept projects - Collaborate closely with product management to prioritize solutions enhancing consumer adoption of various AI platforms - Develop and construct continuous delivery pipelines for the lifecycle management of different platform components - Manage and operate the infrastructure as a service layer for diverse platform services - Lead post-mortem discussions to identify systemic enhancements for overall platform operations, recommending improvements to technology-related policies and procedures - Identify and resolve performance and availability concerns at different deployment layers: hardware, operating environment, network, and application - Assess performance trends and anticipated shifts in demand to establish scalable plans - Integrate various components and create new services with an emphasis on open source to facilitate seamless developer interaction with platform and application services - Manage platform infrastructure and application environment configurations with a focus on automation and Infrastructure as Code - Maintain and enhance the existing Terraform codebase
