Must:
We are seeking candidates with a diverse array of skills and experiences in Identity and Access Management (IAM). You should possess 2–10+ years of IAM experience, along with 2–4+ years of practical development experience using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs is necessary, as is a solid grasp of infrastructure elements, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks. Familiarity with IAM principles such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access reviews, and policy management is also important.

Responsibilities

In this SailPoint Security Engineer - IAM - Remote role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ to facilitate automated provisioning and de-provisioning. You'll integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms. Additionally, you will configure modules such as Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet intricate business and compliance needs. You will also diagnose and resolve configuration and integration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure stability and compliance. Your work will include contributing to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles while adapting to the dynamic work demands of the role.
