Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development.
- At least 3 years of involvement in AI projects, specifically in productizing AI/ML solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and methods (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, fine-tuning, vector databases, agentic frameworks).
- Strong analytical skills combined with a comprehensive understanding of business principles.
- Exceptional communication abilities with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Comfort in hands-on AI/ML experimentation and model development.
- Solid understanding of software development practices, including design patterns, testing, and version control systems like Git (preferred).
- A curious mindset with a robust grasp of both technical and business elements (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a diverse and talented team of professionals.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge base by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Actively identify opportunities for innovation while maintaining the freedom to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
- Play a significant role in the design, development, and rollout of AI/ML solutions.
- Facilitate the transition of AI/ML initiatives from proof-of-concept to scalable, production-ready outcomes.
- Establish and promote strong AI engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality standards.
- Engage in projects, showcasing technical prowess and a proactive attitude towards experimentation and productization.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders for rapid iteration on proofs-of-concept, incorporating feedback and refining solutions quickly.
