IT Support Technician

In this role, I will respond to and resolve first level (L1) IT Help Desk tickets, escalating to L2 or L3 as necessary. I will provide technical support to both on-site and remote U.S. staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. My duties will include setting up, configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user equipment such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and mobile phones. I will act as a liaison with technical equipment support vendors, manage IT equipment research and procurement, and oversee inventory management of supplies and devices. Additionally, I will handle printer management, including toner and paper replacement, manage new asset equipment, oversee audio-visual systems management and troubleshooting, and coordinate on-site event management to ensure functionality for meetings and presentations. I will manage employee physical badge access and monitor video security systems, assisting with reporting as needed. I will also coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment, work closely with the facilities department on general office needs, and participate in building safety and security compliance initiatives.
