Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Unity and C# working with production code
- Proficient in modern Unity development features such as asset bundles, scriptable render pipelines, and nested prefabs/variants
- Experience in deploying applications across multiple platforms, primarily PC and WebGL within Unity
- Familiarity with well-known source control applications, preferably git with standard GitFlow workflow
- Skilled in integrating various RESTful APIs within Unity or a similar framework and debugging network-related issues
- Knowledge of GitLab build pipeline management or an equivalent platform
Responsibilities
- Take primary ownership of feature development from concept to deployment
- Mentor developers with varying levels of experience
- Participate in an agile development setting utilizing scrum or kanban methodologies
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in application feature development
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for production environments
- Communicate effectively with other teams and departments
- Resolve issues quickly with cross-functional teams involving various web/backend languages
- Manage time efficiently, adjusting feature prioritization based on external business needs
