Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience as a full stack developer.
- Strong knowledge of one or more frameworks such as React/Redux, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, or PHP.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Proficiency in Docker.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Exposure to Gitlab CI/CD is advantageous.
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Industry-recognized certifications in testing practices and Agile methodology are a plus.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an individual with robust technical expertise and a successful history with our technology stack.
- You will take the lead on technical aspects of projects.
- Plan, design, and implement new functionalities while adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and promote ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions.
- Keep current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain and refresh documentation as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and release management.
- Work closely with Product Owners to discuss long-term objectives.
- Be a team player who maintains a broad view of project goals.
- Coordinate with other teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor fellow developers, promoting a cooperative and high-performance team atmosphere.
