Technology Design Consulting Lead

- Direct end-to-end consulting engagements centered on technology design, plan reviews, product and service innovation, and experience strategy - Define and manage technology architecture, interaction design frameworks, and design systems in alignment with client business objectives and technical limitations - Lead clients through phases of discovery, ideation, prototyping, and implementation, integrating human-centered design with contemporary technology assessments and road mapping - Collaborate with high-performing consulting teams (including designers, technologists, strategists, and project managers) to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence - Conduct thorough technical and design appraisals, risk assessments, and quality control across multiple simultaneous projects - Create compelling proposals, statements of work, and executive presentations to attract new business and grow existing relationships - Remain informed about industry trends in emerging technologies (including WiFi/Networks, Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, Smart IoT) and their implications for design-driven outcomes - Partner closely with client C-suite and senior stakeholders to devise vision, gain buy-in, and evaluate impact using clear success metrics - Contribute to the development of internal practices: fostering thought leadership, refining methodologies, creating intellectual property, and producing sales support materials - Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, maintaining the highest possible standards of quality and client satisfaction - Review design documentation logs to confirm that changes have been accurately captured
