Requirements
Must:
- At least one year of experience in IT support.
- Fundamental knowledge and interest in computers, networking, and information technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft-based IP networking, servers, workstations, and routing.
- Background in networking education is preferred.
- Some experience with technical troubleshooting, particularly in IT, is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation and a valid South Dakota drivers license are necessary.
- Must pass background checks and obtain a South Dakota Gaming support license within 90 days (fees reimbursed).
- A smartphone and a laptop or computer are required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business challenges and devise IT solutions to resolve them.
- Install and manage servers, networks, printers, and workstations.
- Assist and train end users both remotely and on-site.
- Aid customers, owners, and managers in budgeting and planning for IT infrastructure.
- Oversee network security and data backup processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of work and systems for our customers.
