Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing WordPress websites (multi-site experience is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, particularly local SEO and on-page optimization
- Experience with landing page creation tools and conversion-driven design
- Familiarity with hosting services, DNS, and email platforms (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively
- Organized, responsive, and skilled at prioritizing tasks across multiple locations
- Previous experience with franchise or multi-location businesses is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update multiple All County® franchise websites (WordPress-based)
- Design and enhance landing pages for lead generation and local SEO
- Manage blog page formatting, uploads, and adhere to SEO best practices (Yoast preferred)
- Diagnose and resolve website issues, errors, and plugin conflicts
- Oversee domain, hosting, and DNS management tasks
- Address email-related concerns (setup, deliverability, routing, troubleshooting)
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms (logos, colors, messaging)
- Collaborate with corporate teams and franchisees on updates, campaigns, and enhancements
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience
- Implement basic integrations (forms, CRMs, tracking tools)
