Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in computer troubleshooting
- Basic technical knowledge related to IT systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Capability to produce comprehensible user and troubleshooting documentation
- Experience in providing direction and guidance to users regarding technological issues
- Skill in analyzing and resolving basic computer problems
- Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to users
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test prior to employment
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide individual training and instruction on new or updated technologies to users
- Maintain and update records; document projects and user instructions
- Track inventory of equipment and materials; perform data entry for project documents and reports
- Execute routine support, maintenance, and testing for technology systems; troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network failures
- Assist in evaluating hardware and software acquisitions and network upgrades
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and related devices
- Complete miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned
- Utilize our ticketing system to create detailed logs and technical documentation
- Communicate essential issues with the team and coordinate operational procedures that may impact workflow
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support as necessary, while managing customer expectations for follow-up
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members
Description
At All American Asphalt, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time role. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. Our work environment is primarily office-based, though it may require occasional outdoor work and travel.
